License Failure

Hi i’m wondering if anyone can help me? i’ve bought a student node-locked license for my desktop, i’ve followed the basic steps for installing krakatoa, including deactivating the UAC, the plug in has installed no problem, the evaluation version works fine however every time i try to activate it, there is a box that appears saying “license failure” and it explains that “The settings supplied do not allow krakatoa to check out a valid license” and asks me to ammend these settings never explaining what they are, i’ve tried everything i can think of but nothing works, if anyone could help i’d greatly appeciate it

Essentially, by purchasing the node-locked license you should have received a license file from us. You need to specify the location of this file in box at the bottom, then press Accept. If you are still having issues after this, please let me know.

Thanks but that’s the problem, i’ve downloaded said provided license and it’s only when i try to activate it there’s a problem, i find the file select it, then click ok, it appears with an error box that states there are certain settings that are preventing krakatoa from activating it, i have no idea if it’s a problem in the license itself, my user settings (though i’ve checked them thoroughly), 3d max or my internet settings, it gives no indiction what could be the setting or problem that is causing it

I found an error in the license file that was sent to you, and have emailed you a new one.
