At the moment I’m trying to render a single frame of a max-vray file with v7.1.0.31R (all machines have the same version) and i’m getting the following error:

License server system does not support this version of this feature.

I can render it without a problem locally (it’s vray 3.1 without any jagsaw/tile rendering)

What does this mean/ what should I do?

It would be great if I don’t have to update to the latest version to get this frame done.

when i have had this issue in the past it has always been that the license server needed to be updated.

would that be the deadline license or the vray?
and you mean the server (rlm application) itself or just the license file?

Hello,

Troy is right, the Thinkbox FlexLM license server needs to be updated most likely, and you can find the latest installers at thinkboxsoftware.com/license … nstallers/ when you’re ready.

yup! it’s solved :slight_smile:

turned out my beta was expired and the license reverted back to the older version.
