Licenses for multiple instances, multiple renders

Good morning!

I’m wondering how licenses are handled in the following cases:

  1. A single Slave instance (say, RENDER-01) that is allowed to render 2 jobs at once. Does it check out ONE slave license, or two?
  2. Two slave instances on the same slave (say, RENDER-01A and RENDER-01B), each rendering 2 jobs at once. Does it check out ONE, TWO, or FOUR slave licenses?

Hey Rob,

Each slave instance will only use one license, regardless of how many concurrent tasks it’s rendering.

For your examples:

  1. One license.
  2. Two licenses (one for each slave instance).
