Limit Group Limit vs WhiteList Question

Hi,

Does the number of Machines Whitelisted in a LimitGroup override the Limit set?

Example:

I have a limit group called fusion_qt. The Limit is set to 15. There are also 40 Machines WhiteListed in the LimitGroup. In this scenario will 40 machines potentially pick up jobs and not just 15? I believe this is what I am seeing, but not what we expected :wink:

ehhh… maybe spoke to soon. guess its just the swarm mentality of too many slaves grabbing jobs before Deadline realizes limit is reached???

That’s exactly what it is. We’re hoping to address this problem in the next release.
