For the next point release of DL, in order to support LWSN 10 on Mac, the default configuration will need to support the rename of the LWSN program executable from ‘ScreamerNet’ to ‘lwsn’. NewTek are making the names consistent across platforms.
Thanks for the info! We won’t be able to make this change in the upcoming 4.1 maintenance release, but we can definitely change this for 4.2. At least you can still modify the Lightwave plugin configuration from the Monitor to workaround this for now.

The flakey UI makes that somewhat tricky in my experience. The text cursor is rarely where you think it is.
I thought this problem was addressed when using the X11 driver option, but apparently this is still a problem with the ‘e’ character (at least, this is what I could reproduce here). If a typed a bunch of e’s, the cursor would be in the wrong spot, but with any other letter/number, everything was fine. So with Lightwave/Screamernet having 4 e’s, it’s easy to see why the cursor would be in the wrong place. Not sure why Mono doesn’t like e’s…
But since you can just use the Browse button to add to the paths, that should help simplify things (see image).
