Ok, i am trying to follow the Tutorial on using Krakatoa, Frost and realFlow together.
IN the tutorial, i have come accross a lot of little difference, but have managed to find a way to make it work. The only one i cannot get sussed out is the “Press CNTRL+O” to create a new Output"… This does not work, and in your documentation, it states you can only have One output perflow…
If this is the case how do you complete the tutorial…ie, how do you get the “density” “viewport colour” and " Selections" to be output?

You probably missed the part where it says it is for Krakatoa 2 which is not even released yet. 
You will also notice the notes explaining what to do in 1.6.x, for example:
