max 2010 script submission error

im getting this error when trying to launch deadline submission windows

Can you run in the Listener
SMTDPaths.LogsDir
and tell me what you get? On my machine the path is
“C:\Users<CURRENTUSERNAME>\AppData\Local\Thinkbox\Deadline\logs”

The error means that the log file could not be created, which might be caused by insufficient user rights to write to the logs directory.

ah ok

after restarting a few times it atually works now
