Maya 2023.2 and deadline 10.1.23.6 issue folder non

We try to update dataBase and install the last version and get this issue. All our worker get this error. I tried to install the previous version 10.1.22.5 of deadline. Still the same. I tried Maya 2023.1 and 2023.3. Maybe someone have an idea what I can try else to fix it. With old dataBase from 10.1.16… it worked without problems.

Hello!

Would I be able to get a Worker log from when this happened? I’ve never seen that sort of failure before, and I’m not sure what’s going wrong here. The Worker log will include the entirety of the task report you’ve shared, as well as anything that happened outside of the render threads.

The logs will be on the machine in one of these locations:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Thinkbox\Deadline10\logs
Linux: /var/log/Thinkbox/Deadline10
Mac OS X: /Library/Logs/Thinkbox/Deadline10

Thanks for your replay. I hope your mean this one.
In December I change the permission for users from the repository and it started to work with maya 2023.2. Later I update to 2023.3
Several days ago I wanted to test some shots and the issues came again. I try to update to 10.2 version. The same. In next step downgraded from 2023.3 to 2023.1. The same.
I have Maya 2020.4 on the same pc and when I start the job, with hope deadline same settings, because I think the maya2Deadline script should be the same and is in documents/maya folder it works fine.
Maybe is the maya2Deadline script which has problems with maya 2023.x ?!
I read about this in the User Manual

‘‘From 10.1.16, we restrict write access to the bin/ folder by default to improve the security’’

I have no ideas what can I try out now and last solution for us is go to Maya 2020 back.

PS: our repository is on one small windows pc and it works until upgrade to maya 2023 and 10.1.22.xxx perfekt without issues.

I was able to find the root of the issue, it is in [repo]/plugins/MayaCmd/MayaCmd.py

Just posting the solution here for anybody who runs into a similar problem, this happened because below value was set on the scene at the time of submission:

OCIOPolicyFile=None

If you have specified OCIOConfigFile=<some_location> you also need to specify the Policy file (xml) else Mayacmd will throw an error.
