Pleased to report back that we now have a version which is working!
Using JPEGs for tiles results in lines between tiles which I don’t think it does in 3dsmax.
The next bit of feedback I’m giving is about being able to select which camera to send to render, as at the moment it’s not easy to choose to send say 2 of 5 cameras at once!
Nice! The lines are definitely a problem. In the submitter for Max there is an option to over-render individual tiles and they are cropped at assembly time.
Can you send off the tiles and the job to support@thinkboxsoftware.com as usual so I can take a look? I’m guessing it’s a rounding error, and maybe we should have the Maya tile rendering overcompensate a few pixels as well.
