I’ve finally got around to upgrading from the Beta to the Release version of Deadline. I’ve found that the Modo Submission script seems to intermittently fail and I get the following message:
Restarting Modo was helping but now I can’t seem to get the script to work at all.

Hey Sean,
Could you try running the script directly from the repository by doing System -> Run Script and selecting ‘[YourDeadlineRepository]/clientSetup/Modo/SubmitModoToDeadline.pl’?
If that works for you, it sounds like this would be an issue with the script setup in Modo…

That worked but then again so does my local copy…again. Should I be running the script from my Depository over the network? Whilst beta testing Deadline, I always ran it locally.
It’s odd that it’s sporadically breaking like that. But running the clientSetup script locally should be just fine – it actually just calls the Monitor script on the repository anyways
