As of 7.1.2.1 (coming from 7.0.2.3), the splitters in the Monitor panes cannot be moved as far in either direction, which makes for a less usable UI.

Unfortunately the devs I would need to talk to in regards to this question are out of the office today, but I or Edwin will get an answer on this for you asap.
I think we did tweak the version of Qt, but not our code for this (didn’t see it in any of our release notes at least).
What’s the minimum you’re seeing? (screenshot’d be nice)
Here’s a screenshot. The main horizontal splitter (below the Jobs/Tasks panes) will not go any higher, until it snaps to the top of the pane. Similarly, the horizontal splitter within the Job Reports pane won’t go any higher within that pane without snapping. There may be other splitters that now behave similarly, but these are the two I’ve encountered, and they both make for a less usable interface.
