Move repository to new disk

Hi,

just a quick question here. We installed a new, larger harddrive in our repository server and want to move the whole repository over to it.
Is there anything I should consider before doing this?

I was thinking re-installing Deadline on the new D: drive, copy the old repository over (to keep ongoing jobs) and create a new repository share there with the same name as the old one.

Here’s the process to move the repository:

By stopping the slaves before the move, you ensure that nothing changes during the migration. Other than that, it’s really just a copy & paste. :slight_smile:
