I am not sure if this is how it is supposed to work, but if you have an object where the pivot has been moved and the transform has NOT been reset Genome has trouble transforming the positions To World and you get an offset effect.
Attached is a file where the pivot has been adjusted and you can see the Geosphere forming into the Box, but offset by its pivot. If you reset the pivot everything works as expected. I would not expect such behavior when using the transform To World.
