Need to restart machine after task end.

Hello,

I’ve got many problem with 3dsmax 2016, it frequently crash at the end of task, when the next job start max is crashed with a run-time error.
So I’ve got a timed out error, so all my jobs are failing one after another…

I need a simple way to restart machine after job completion, or maybe a way to kill 3dsmax.exe at job end.

or maybe is there a way to restart machine after xx errors ?

There is the Machine Restart option. Any guesses what’s causing the machine instabilities?

That option will require that you run Pulse. If rebooting the machine is not an option, I think we can put a ‘DeadlineCommand’ call to restart the Slave after it’s current render is done.

I’d feel better if we could figure out your crashing problem though…
