Network rendering not working

Hello.

In my company, I’m going to do network rendering of 3ds MAX through Deadline.
( Worker system : 6ea / Render farm : 10ea )

However, the rendering does not work, so I ask for help.

Both 3ds MAX and Deadline are genuine floating licenses and have been certified.
However, it cannot be rendered like the attached Log.

Fortunately, not all of them are non-rendering.
The 6 worker machines do a good network rendering.
But 10 render farms are not rendering.

The internal network configuration is as follows.

You have successfully installed the repository on the server.
The server’s IP is using 10.10.10.10 and 10.10.10.20 at the same time.

10 render farms are connected to 10.10.10.10. (1Gbps)
The network drive was set to Z:>\10.10.10.10\work.

6 worker systems are connected by 10.10.10.20. (10Gbps)
The network drive was set to Z:>\10.10.10.20\work.

With your help, I really want to solve it.
Thanks to everyone who wrote answers.

It doesn’t like the file
Error: FailRenderException : 3dsmax: Invalid max file: "O:/TEST/TEST/TEST.max"
Can you open this file on the machine that is rendering?

I’d install the updates for 3ds too
INFO: Worker 3ds Max Description: 3ds Max 2021 base install

Also add a camera
INFO: Camera: no camera specified, rendering active viewport

yes, Local rendering works fine in the render farm.

I’d install the updates for 3ds too

Both the worker system and the render farm are using the same version.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be a version issue.

Also add a camera

Adding a camera doesn’t solve the problem.
In addition, even if there is no camera, the working system is rendered, but the render farm is not.

Thank you so much for thinking together.
Please let me know if you have any other good workarounds.

have a good day.
