Sorry folks. I know this thread should really be in off topic but it seems that we don't have other choice to get attention from the sales department!!!
We were trying to get an updated quote for 50-node license on Jan. 21st as the original one was in last October, we sent e-mails to the sales department, no one responded. We called Frantic Films in mid February, and left a message, again no response. We called twice last week, Wednesday and Thursday, still no response.
Again on last Friday, we talked to the secretary and she said that the sales guy was out. We had requested for another sales person and she informed us that xxx is the person we would need to talk to when it came to Deadline.
Today we called again, and the phone just rang, rang, rang, no one was response. Sent e-mails, no response.
I know for sure the tech support here is pretty quick and helpful, but we just don't understand why it has been so difficult to get a person to deal with the purchasing. At lease someone should response with e-mail or something.
