Is there support for Nuke 7 yet? Can I just point 6.4 to the v7 exe?

Nuke 7 is supported by the current 5.2 beta. This 5.2 maintenance should be released soon, but if you want access to it now, you can email beta@thinkboxsoftware.com to join the beta program.

Just pointing to the 7.0 exe will NOT work.
But:
I simply modified the plugin settings in the nuke.py and nuke.parm (basically just change the never-to-be-released 6.4 to 7.0 / 7_0 respectively)

rendering Nuke7 with DL 5.2 works fine (as expected) so far!

We’re hoping to get it out before the end of the year. It’s completely stable though, so if you need Nuke 7 now, just email beta@thinkboxsoftware.com to get access!
