Particles disappearing when using PFlow

I have a simple PFlow setup: KrakBirth->KrakUpdate->Shape->KrakFileIDTest then out to a delete to remove ParticleIDs with -1.
The PRT Loader is bringing in a Realflow BIN sequence.

The problem is that the Krakatoa Birth operator only emits for the first 20 frames. I don’t have any Age Tests or anything to have it run out of particles.

I am at a loss.

Any thoughts?
