Having a lot of strange issues with jobs not releasing pending jobs, seems to have suddenly started happening this week, still on 6.0, having to manually kick Tile Assemblies off… Any clues where to check why this is happening?

I think the best place to start would be by posting a log of one such occurrence so we can take a look at where it is falling off the rails.

Do you have Pulse running? If not, then this housecleaning process (which includes releasing dependent jobs) is done by the slaves at random intervals in between tasks. If Pulse is running, it’s done on a regular interval. If you don’t have Pulse running, you can run it to get more consistent results.
