permissions error? deadline 3.1

permission issues w/ vista64
(same err with 3.0SP1 & recent 3.1 update)

the server side permissions should be fine… we have other workstations setup with same access and they working away happily.
any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Dont know if these

Error 1 -
this is what happens when a job is submitted from another workstation, this offending workstation picks up all the frames and wont render OR release any of them. the result is that all jobs are marked as being currently rendered, but they are not. hence, no progress is made.

Error 2 -
this is what happens when a job is submitted from the offending workstation via maya submission script.

Hi Erik,

I was looking over the email you had sent us as well (it contained full screen grabs), and I noticed that the submission results window for rental03 still shows Deadline Command 3.0 [v3.0.33353 R]. Can you upgrade this machine to 3.1 and let us know if you continue to have problems?
