plugins missing

hi, i have a problem, i have install deadline and his client, well, when i send a job to deadline, that said: plugins missing.
but all plugins are in their original folder !
i’ve try to configure it from deadline monitor > plugins configure.
but he said that no plugins was found, but they exist ! and they’re all in there respective folder. how i can fix it please ?
i have deadline 3.1 on osx mac intel

Sounds like it might be a permissions issue. Just make sure that full read/write permission are granted for everyone to the entire repository structure. In the next release, the installer will take care of this automatically.

i have set all permission granted for everything but that don’t work. i have do exactly what is said in the documentation, installation is ok but the software don’t find plugins which exist and are in the good place.

Are you running the client on the same machine as the repository, or is the client on a different machine? Just curious if the problem is a general problem or specific to remote machines.

Hmm, this is a little strange. Can you double check the permissions of the plugins folder in the Repository, as well as one or two of the folders inside the plugins folder? Maybe PM me a screen shot of the permissions so I can take a look.
