I have Deadline 6.0.0.5161
I created a group and enabled it in power management config
I can shutdown every computer by remote control right click but the power management doen’t shut them down.
If you attempt to right click shut down from the machine that Pulse is running on does it work? The shutdown command is sent from your pulse server. So if there is a firewall issue between your Pulse server and your rendernodes automatic shut down will fail but your client monitor shutdown commands will succeed.
Ok sorry I got the answer from the support ticket system finally. It was because my pulse was not running. In fact I thought that pulse disapeared in deadline 6. there was a bug that made it disappear from the start menu. I haven’t tested it yet but it should work now that my pulse is running.
