problem to render scene

hi, I just worked fine with my network on vista64 with deadline 3.1 and maya 2009.
because next weeks, we will buy more renderslaves, I upgrade to windows 7 64bit.
tested this just on my master machine!

all apps are on drive C:/ with rights for everybody
my scenes are on drive A:/ with rights for everybody

when I start to render with deadline. the rendering stopped with an error.
the scene is clean, so it renders direct from maya with batch or with the cmd.

here is my renderlog. can anybody help?!?!?

thx tom

This is a known problem that affects a small number of users, and will be fixed in Deadline 4.0, which is scheduled for release around the end of November. The workaround in the current version is to launch the slave from a DOS prompt (instead of the Start Menu).

If you would like to join the 4.0 beta, see here:

Cheers,

and yes, I would like to join to the 4.0 beta, I already sent the mail, week ago, but no answer from deadline.

may I try it again.

thx anyway

best tom

error 211 / 210 but I don´t understand it. all permission settings should be right?!?!?

any idea?

thx best tom

Hey Tom,

Just replied to your beta request from today (I couldn’t find your request from last week, so sorry about that).

For this error, can you post the full render log? You can find them in the Monitor by right-clicking on the job and selecting Job Reports -> View Log Reports.

One other thing you could try is to use the MayaBatch option when submitting the job. Deadline doesn’t check return codes in this case.

Thanks!
