Problem with Max 2008 and vray

Are you running the Deadline client as a service? If so, have you tried running the slave in non-service mode to see if you still have the same problem?

Yes I’m running it as a service, and when I tried it in non-service mode it worked.
But it would be really nice if it could work in service mode to :slight_smile:

Hey Richard,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I was out of the office for the last two weeks. Have you tried running under a different user profile when running as a service? The problem could be related to you running as the local system profile (which, from the log, seems to be the case).
