I’ve been having troubles issuing remote control commands ever since we moved locations and set up the nodes on a different network. It was working just fine before, but now I’m getting “Connection timed out” messages and nothing shows up in the slaves logs. I’m able to ping the remote slaves and the IP and MAC address shows correctly in the monitor and “Remote Administration” is on. Any ideas on what to check next?

I just wanted to verify, when you said that the IP shows correct and that it can ping, are you using IP override on those slaves, and also pinging their IP? If there is no IP override, can you verify that pinging by hostname is successful? Thanks.
