PRT save error with Mparticles

Hi

I just noticed something strange. I have a simple pflow and I using some mparticle operators like switch and world. When I save those particles to PRT I am not getting the expected result i.e. particles where the pflow should be. I get a PRT sequence that is extremely large in size and the particles are not in the right place. But if I turn them off then the particles appear in the right place at the right scale.

I have attached the file for max 2014.

Any ideas why this would happen?

Thanks

I remember someone mentioning this in the past, and the workaround was to cache the particles using the PFlow Cache / DiskCache tools before passing them to Krakatoa.

Krakatoa simply tells the PFlow system to give it is particles, and PFlow is supposed to perform any evaluation required. It sounds like for some reason mParticles operators misbehave under these conditions, but I don’t know if this is our bug or Autodesk’s. I will make sure it is logged (if it isn’t already), but please try pre-caching your PFlow before using Krakatoa on it.
