pulse python error trying to connect from iphone

Hello, I am getting this error window in my server when I try to connect from the iphone App and a connection error window in the iphone that says:

“There was an error conecting to Pulse. Pulse may not be running. Press the Refresh button to update the job list.”

Pulse is running on my server, and the web service is running too.

Any clue on what is happening?

Hi Calamardo,

This error can occur if your .NET 2.0 installation is too old. Deadline requires at least .NET 2.0 SP1, so try upgrading .NET 2.0 on the Pulse machine to .NET 2.0 SP1 or .NET 2.0 SP2 to see if that helps.
