Is there a way to hook more icons to the main toolbar trough Python ?
I am trying to develop something with the DeadlineMonitor.Forms modules, but there is no documentation in how to use it.
Any help or ideas ?

Currently there is no way to do this. The only option you would have available is the scripts menu editor, which would let you change the scripts menu. I will pass along to the dev team your interest in editing the main toolbar, though.
