Redern error message meaning

Hi there:

In Deadline 7.2 I often encounter the following error message

Error occurred while writing report log: Access to the path "/tmp/5d375e942dd4ad128cd4752b.bz2" or "/prod/Deadline/reports/jobs/c8/b/5d375d7bdd542052001c2c8b/5d375e942dd4ad128cd4752b.bz2" is denied. (System.UnauthorizedAccessException)

I checked permission and its all good.

It could be one of 2 things.
in your repository, you do not have the permissions set that anyone can access the files, ie 777.
or the share for the repository is not open to everyone reading and writing to it.
