Remote slave connecting to renderfarm

Hi All.

Examle:
It is linux-based renderfarm v10.1.x with several slaves and storage, slaves connecting to repository via direct path. All working ok. Submitter from local maschine submits tasks, all things rolling, rendering , all cool. All infrastructure behind firewall.

It is 2nd submitter host from outside , behind his own provider’s NAT - i can use VPN or use deadlineRCS for access from it to farm. VPN version obviously working, but dont want to give access to external submitter to internal network, so use RCS with port redirection on firewall (8080->5xxxx ) and remote submitter/monitor connecting to farm via remote repo method (hostname:5xxxx port). All scene/assets synchronized with farm storage via 3rd party app (syncthing for example or lsync/rsync). All stuff working too.
But. When Slave app started on remote submitter - i could see it in slave list on farm, but cannot send remote command to it (conn timeout etc), cannot use it as render node.
Is it exists any info /“how-to” include remote slaves behing NAT/Firewalls to farm?
Ports forwarding / port numbers, IP settings etc?

Also. How to see farm slaves log from remote submitter?

Thanks in advance
