Removing a Slave

I've installed Deadline client 2.7 on three computers and only two clients (slaves) are shown in the "Deadline Monitor". I know that this is a trial version and limited to two.

I want to change the slaves list: for example, from slave1, slave2 (current) to slave1, slave3. How can I change the slave list? I tried to shutdown the slave 2 computer and turn on the slave3 clinet but it didn't work.

Do I need to uninstall and install all the clinets again? Many thanks in advance, Dae.

Hi Dae,



In the Monitor in super user mode, you can right-click on a slave in the

slave list and delete it from there. Note that this only deletes the

slave info/settings on the repository side (it doesn’t uninstall the

client). Once you’re down to 2 slaves again, you should be good to go.
