Hi!
I experienced some errors when local hard drives fron the deadline nodes are full.
The scenario in next:
Maya exports the scene to mxs correctlly in temp file.
Maxwell runs the mxs file.
If the rendered image file is too big -as use to do- and you have not more space, Ifigure out maxwell render fails and deadline node try to send the file to the destination folder, the file do not exists but this rendered is recogniced as “correct”.
Could be set as correct only if the file/s was sent correctly?
Cheers.
Hi,
I’m not sure if this is possible. Deadline has no control over where this temp file is being written to, so it probably wouldn’t know where to grab it from when the render fails. I should note that I’m assuming this temp file is written to a different location that where the final output destination is, so if I’m wrong here, let me know.
Would you happen to have an error report from a job that you could post? At the very least, it would help us become more familiar with this type of error.
Thanks,
