Report Progress back to Monitor from Custom Plugin

How can i update the progress of a deadline from a custom plugin?

We are submitting a single job to deadline, that does a bunch tasks within it. We would like to show progress to the users in monitor so they can better see how far along the overall job progress is.

Currently it displays like
0% @ (0/1)

I want to show
0% @ (0/1)…
25% @ (0/1)…
37% @ (0/1)…
52% @ (0/1)… and so on.
