Hi. We are running Deadline 6.2 at our office and having some trouble with folks changing job priorities and whitelist/blacklists without consulting others, which in turn is mucking up deadlines and schedules.

While I understand there are options to create a groups with rights (can change own jobs vs. can change all jobs, etc.), I’d prefer just to figure out where the problem is coming from and deal with it that way.

After checking both the Repository Log and the Pulse Log, I have not been able to find this type of information. What we’re looking for is something like:

“At (T) time, X user changed Y job from priority 90 to 95.”

Are these types of actions tracked in a log somewhere? If so, where?

Hello,

You can actually find this information in the Job History, which is obtained by right clicking the job and choosing view job history. I made sure to verify that changing of priorities is there. Hope this helps!
