repository statistics: change delimiter?

Hi guys,

(still) working in v4 sp1, we’re collecting repository statistics for a major project (with thousands of jobs) and have a problem with the fact that
the saved file is comma delimited.
There are many jobs that have comments with comma’s in them, others have multiple frameranges (formatted as “1-100,150-200”).
This makes for a dirty stats file, since I can’t seem to find any option to change the delimiter.

Any thoughts?

Hi Dennis,

I think if you select all the rows in the stats viewer and copy & paste into a text editor, it will use tabs as the delimiter. Hopefully that can work for now.

Copy/paste to Excel works as well. I feel silly not having tried that!

Great! We’re going to add a TSV (tab-separated-value) option in Deadline 5.1 when saving stats, and default to that as well.
