Hey Fred,

I’m not sure I understand the problem.

No errors are good, right?

Just kidding. I’m sure I’m just missing something here. If you can explain in more detail what the problem is, that would be great!

Cheers,

  • Ryan

lol,

I know it sounds weird, but we want error !:stuck_out_tongue:

The job dosn’t render anyting, it’s says complete but no file are writtin. Also, i should have a lot more information about 3delight in the log and it ins’t there

Ah, thanks for clarifying that!

There isn’t anything that looks suspicious in the log. Maybe you could try running the command line on a render node to see if it’s a more general maya/3delight issue?

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2012\bin\Render.exe" -r 3delight -cpus 0 -s 17 -e 17 -inc 1 -proj "//fx-nas-01/vfx/Projets/COQ/SHOTS/010A/0015/lts" "\\fx-nas-01\vfx\RENDER\COQ\SHOTS\010A\0015\lts\scenes\COQ_010A_0015_lts_acVeloMaire_cutout.mb"

Cheers,

  • Ryan

I run the command and it give’s me the exact same think as the deadline log. The cmd windows stays open for 1 minute and closed right away. Still no render.

If we send you the scene via your ticket system would that help ? And if i do, do you have some documentation on your “privacy” policies ?

Thanks

Fred

Hey Fred,

Since the problem happens without using Deadline, it’s probably best to talk to the 3delight guys to see if they have any ideas. You could send them your scene file, and the command line you’re running to reproduce the problem.

Cheers,

  • Ryan

Ho right thks a lot  !
