Second Slaves

I had created a couple of secondary slave instances on a couple of my slaves and now I can’t get them to delete permanently. I am able to disable and delete the slave, but once the slave computer restarts (not a frequent occurrence except during software updating and installs) the second instance loads up again. The process I am following:

In Monitor - Disable Slave instance (Stop Slave - Kill if necessary)
Once disabled, I delete the slave. it says it will be permanently deleted from the repository. Click OK.
Slave disappears from Monitor.

Once I restart the slave machine, the instance reloads.
I actually have multiple instances (up to 5 on some machines) that dont load but appear on the slave as instances. But there is always at least one extra that loads.

I can’t find any other place to delete a slave. Am I missing something?

In the Slave List in the Monitor, right-click on the instance you want to remove and select Remote Control -> Remove Slave Instance. This will remove the local configuration for that instance from the remote machine, and also give you the option to delete it from repository.
