sent job fro maya no go

Im on osx, i sent the job an i can see the job in the monitor but it jus sits there doin nothing , but after effects works so not sure whats up with maya? any ideas thanks

Is the job generating errors? If so, that could explain the problem, because if a slave keeps reporting errors for a job, it will eventually mark it as bad and then only try to render it periodically. If there are errors, you can view them by right-clicking on the job in the Monitor and selecting Job Reports -> View Error Reports.

Which version of Deadline are you running? If you’re not running v4.0, can you upgrade to this version to see if the problem persists? The latest version of Deadline can always be downloaded from here:
software.primefocusworld.com/sof … /download/

As a workaround, when you submit the job, select “None” under the build to force, instead of “32bit” or “64bit”.
