Slave does not appear in Monitor

Hi there,

i’ve got the following problem: One of our slaves does not appear in the deadline monitor. I am not able to reactivate the slave.

Things i’ve already done: Many times rebooted the slave machine.

Anyone an idea to fix this issue?

Hi Sebastian,

The first thing to check is that the slave is connecting to the correct repository. After the slave launches, it will show which repository it is connected to in the Title Bar. If the repository is correct, look for any error messages in the slave window that indicate it is having problems connecting to the repository or updating its SlaveInfo file.
