Slaves not seeing Pulse. Looking for old Pulse.

When our slaves start up they look for a slave on a computer called Backup01 which is where the pulse used to reside. We just switched domains to a new network and for some reason even though the Deadline Monitor can see only one pulse running they act as if there are no pulses.

Is there an ini file I should be looking at changing to tell all the slaves that Backup01 is gone and never coming back?

Oh one possible aggrevating variable. The pulse server is running as a service.

EDIT: But even if I run a pulse server on a normal workstation it still doesn’t find anything.

Oops. Just ignore me talking to myself again.

I was making it far more difficult than it needed to be. It’s in the Repository settings not the slave settings. I was mucking around in INI files for no reason.

Tools -> Repository Options -> “Pulse Settings” -> “Host Name Or IP Address”
