What would be the path to a config file used by Deadline to store Monitor user’s preferences such as column order? It seems Deadline 8 is skipping or not able to find the user settings needed to properly restore the saved gui layout.
What version of Deadline are you using? 8.0.2.1 fixed a few monitor layout loading issues, as per release notes:

Even while the column sorting was set to sort with the most recent job at the top and all the pre-existing jobs are already sorted properly the newly submitted jobs are still appended to the end of the job list and are shown at the bottom of Deadline Monitor Jobs view.
%PROGRAMDATA% and %LOCALAPPDATA%
both exist and are filled with *.ini and other files and subfolders. What could be broken?
Could you confirm the version of Deadline you are using? Can you share a screen-grab of your issue? Just to confirm, you are currently sorting by descending order (downwards pointing arrow) on the “Submit DateTime” column, without “Ego-Centric Sorting” enabled (the icon that looks like a person’s head at the top of the jobs panel icons) and new jobs are not appended to the top of the queue? I just tested in 8.0.6.5 and its working fine.
