Stalled slave for no apparent reason

Seems like Deadline bug day. :slight_smile:

So most of our farm is set up with Windows machines. But we do have a group of artists using Macs. One of those machines slave keeps stalling. The thing is that there haven’t been any jobs on the farm that it can pick up. The annoying thing is that Deadline keeps sending me messages that the slave stalled even though it’s been stalled. I’ve attached the slave report but it doesn’t have much useful information in it. Please let me know if there is any other log I can get to help figure this issue out.

Hello,

As I am sure you know, Slaves become stalled when they don’t update their status for a long period of time, and is often an indication that the slave has crashed. This could be due to a time difference from the Repository, or because the slave instance has actually crashed or been shut down. As I assume you have checked for crashes or the slave closing abruptly, I am wondering if you can check the system time on this machine. Thanks.
