Hello

I’ve made some modifications to SubmitMaxToDeadline_Defaults.ini.
I move out the Comment=$default because it flood comments
and i’ve add “Delimiter=” under rendering option, to move out this damn dot in output filename. (ex : BaseName_DefaultPass_.0000.extention )

My problem is, at every install, this file is override by default value, so i have to take care of it, else i’ll have bad output filename (comments are not really importants).

Is it possible to override this kind of file into custom directory of the repository ?

Not yet, but I’ll ask the man who would understand this problem better than me. I’ll see what can be done.

Update here: We’re going to see if we can add a check in the installer to not overwrite the important ini files so they’ll persist across upgrades.

FYI. For the time being, you can copy back the “…/backup/mostRecent/submission/3dsmax/Main/*.ini” copy of your *.ini files as they are backed up by the repository installer during the upgrade process.
