Support not answering, stuck with renders

I have tried to get in touch with support by the Tuesday.
We need to buy some licenses and configure deadline in our studio but nobody is answering.
What’s happening?

I am in contact with one of your agents, my ticket is #505733.
I have got in contact with him 2 days ago, since then, no answer

I have sent an email at your address, the subject is “email verification test”

By the way I am not in contact with sales anymore, but with the support at the address supportticket@support.thinkboxsoftware.com

yes, I am talking with him, I am starting to feel frustrated. How it is possible to not get an answer every two days (if I am lucky) and try to resolve my issues?
Is there anyway to get a solid support?
After almost two weeks I am stuck with everything, the delay by the support is outstanding, and I am supposed to be you’re future client…
