Hello again,

I am a little bit confused now. While Progress is shown nicely when rendering with Lightwave, with Cinema 4D it seems not to be supported. That´s not such a big problem for me. But now I am rendering a somewhat big project with C4D and realised, that somehow Progress-Feedback is available:


As you can see, every tasks is 30 Frames “big” and the resolution is 4k (4096x4096 pixels) using the WideFieldCamera PlugIn from Navegar Foundation ( software.multimeios.pt/wfcam4d/ ). Of course, now I am keen on getting a more detailed Progress feedback. Should be possible, shouldn´t it?

C4D only prints out per-frame progress reporting, so if a task consists of only 1 frame, there is no progress during that single frame we can pull from. The reason you’re seeing progress with your current tasks is because they consist of 30 frames each.
