I have tried calling, emailing and what not so as a last measure I am trying this method
I work at a company called socrates, we are a reseller of deadline and I am trying to get a license for a customer of ours who really need to start working asap:
If someone from support sees his please send SBS Broadcasting their license ( albeit a temporary one),

As mentioned in the reply from Deirdre yesterday, today is a national statutory Holiday in Canada and there is nobody in the main office in Winnipeg.
I personally have no access to the system to cut licenses, otherwise I would be totally happy to help.
We are attempting right now to locate someone with access to the system to produce a license, please stay tuned…

Yes I know Deidre told me , so please don’t see it as an accusation.
Just like you are trying to help me , I am trying to help our customer.
The only reason I’m getting a bit grumpy is the fact that although it might be midday to you, it is 8 Pm here in the Netherlands 
I just heard that they are installing the nodes now and have the license file.

I hope someone is awake at this point ( probably not), but we need another 10 extra licenses for this customer (they called this morning that they won’t be making the deadline otherwise), they want to rent these ones however.
I have sent an email as well, but I just did this as an extra measure in the hope someone from thinkbox is browsing the forum like last time)
