Temperature sensor for server room

Hello,

We are thinking of getting a temperature sensor for our server room that Deadline can monitor. We were looking at this:

Could I get confirmation that this should work with Deadline? If not, are there any other recommended sensors that people have used that can ship to Canada?

So I would expect it to work. It would be great if you could run tests before you commit to buying it, but if that’s not an option and you have problems, we’ll definitely try to help!

I have just tried to do that with a test the company offers for free.

I get the following error when I test sensor with deadline after inputting all the info they give:

Could not query sensor because:
SNMP: Response is not of type Integer, it is of type 24 (System.Exception)

I tested the sensor with a downloaded program called SNMP Tester 3.2 and it seemed to get all the information correctly so I am not sure what is going wrong?
