We now have two repos going - one for Maya and one for Fusion.
When toggling between the two of them, we lose Super-User mode with each toggle using File -> Change Repository…
It would be nice to not need to keep re-entering the password.

So the reason we would not save the super user status between repositories is that it would be a security risk. We can look into an option or method to save the status between non password protected super user modes, but we will need to have talks about that for a future version of Deadline. Thanks for bringing this up!
