Ubuntu 18.04.01 install problems

I keep getting this error message when trying to install DeadlineRepository 10.0.20.2 linux-x64-installer

“No origin file found that matched /opt/Thinkbox/DeadlineDatabase10/mongo/data/.”

Any help appreciated

Hello!

Looks like our installer doesn’t support 18.04 yet using the download mongodb method. I’ll need to take a look into that on my end. In the meantime the solution would be to run 16.04 or do a pre-packaged install from the installer where you specify the zip or tar.gz. Take a look at this document here…

The doc will state the recommended versions, but if you are on the latest version of Deadline the 18.04 binaries should work. Please keep in mind that 18.04 is running mongo 4.0 which has not been tested with Deadline yet.
