URGENT! [3dsmax 2022] Can´t render animations after upgrade [10.1.19.4]

Hi,

We were using Max 2021 with deadline 10.1.7.1 and everything was fine. Last night we have upgraded to Max 2022.2 (24.2.0.2334) and Deadline 10.1.19.4 Release (d9d0c59e3)
JobsErrors.zip (27.2 KB)

After updating, we can´t render animations anymore, and some still renders too. I have no idea what´s going on. I have attached some jobs logs.

Please, our studio stoped rendering eith those error. Can someone help me?

Thanks,

Leo

Can you roll back the repo install? Pretty sure it dumps the old repo into a backup folder but can’t remember how this is done

Did you submit a ticket? Thinkbox should be online as they’re mainly Canada based.

I don’t know if you got anywhere with Thinkbox but I just tested submitted a 3dsMax / V-Ray animation job via newly upgraded 18.5 > 19.4 repo and it just hangs on the first frame…

EDIT: I may have jumped the gun there, works fine 2022.2 with V-Ray, it was hanging due to omniverse not logging in…

It works with Corona 7 too, I didn’t set a time out so the frame renders until I click stop then it moves onto the next frame, if I get time I’ll change the timeout and resubmit
